Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all cultural apparel and accessories are folded properly to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized shipping location within 7 business days.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-10 business days.
